You can book your stay at The Jessop Townhouse in any of the following ways:
On this website you can make a “Booking Enquiry” after which we will phone or email you to take the required booking.
You can book by email or by phone. If you book by email we will phone to finalise your booking and to collect the required credit or debit card information as email is not a secure medium.
A valid credit or debit card is required to book a room.
We accept payment by credit card, debit card or cash. We do no accept cheques unless by previous arrangement.
Our standard check-in times are from 4:00pm to 9:00pm unless other arrangements have been made by phone.
Check out time is 11:00am unless other arrangements have been made.
**If you cancel your booking 72 hours prior to the date of arrival the full amount will be charged for the entire booking. Payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking. We advise that you take out a suitable insurance product to cover cancellation fees.**
** In certain circumstances we may require a different cancellation policy which will be agreed upon booking. A different cancellation policy may also apply if you made your booking through various booking agents. Please check the cancellation policy on the site when you are making your booking.**
